Cancellation Policy
I charge a 75% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you are 10 mins late or more to your appt. you will be charged a $15 late fee. You will also be charged a late fee if you are late to more than 5 appts. By providing me with a timely notice, you help me maintain a high level of service and satisfaction for all of my valued clients. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
